- Pooja Video Delivery: Pooja videos are personalized and will be delivered digitally within 7 business days after booking confirmation.
- Pooja Prasad Delivery: Pooja Prasad will be shipped to the address provided by the user and may take up to 14 business days to arrive, depending on location and other logistics factors.
2. Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Poojas: Due to the personalized and spiritual nature of poojas, once a pooja is performed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Users are encouraged to carefully review their order details before confirming.
- Coins Refund: You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing in-app coins, provided that the coins have not been utilized for calls with our expert practitioners.

3. Shipping for Astrology Products

4. Exchange Policy for Astrology Products
- No Returns, Only Exchanges: Meri Bhakti does not accept product returns. However, exchanges are available for products that are in new, unused, and undamaged condition. The customer must initiate the exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
