1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Meri Bhakti website (www.meribhakti.com), mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. About Meri Bhakti

Meri Bhakti is operated by Meri Bhakti (the “Company”), with its registered office at B-9, 3rd Floor, Greater Kailash Enclave II, New Delhi, Delhi 110048, India. We provide a platform for booking pujas, offering chadhavas (temple offerings), purchasing spiritual products, astrology consultations, and related devotional services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register using your mobile phone number. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Services Provided

Meri Bhakti offers the following services through its Platform:

• Online puja booking at temples across India
• Chadhava (temple offering) services
• Astrology consultations with verified astrologers
• Sale of certified spiritual products and gemstones
• Kundali (horoscope) generation
• Prasad and Bhakti Box delivery to your home
• Video proof and recordings of pujas and chadhavas

6. Communication & Messaging Consent

By creating an account or using our services, you expressly consent to receive communications from Meri Bhakti through the following channels:

• SMS and RCS (Rich Communication Services) Messages: We may send you transactional messages (order confirmations, puja updates, OTP verifications, delivery updates), service-related notifications, and promotional messages via SMS and RCS on the mobile number you provide. RCS messages may include rich media such as images, carousels, and interactive buttons.
• WhatsApp Messages: Puja updates, video proofs, order confirmations, and service notifications may be sent to your registered WhatsApp number.
• Email Notifications: Booking confirmations, order receipts, and promotional content may be sent to your registered email address.
• Push Notifications: If you install our mobile application, you may receive push notifications about your orders, upcoming pujas, and special offers.

Purpose of messaging: We send messages for order and booking confirmations, OTP verification, puja scheduling and updates, delivery tracking, video proof sharing, promotional offers, new service announcements, and customer support communications.

Opt-out: You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any RCS or SMS message, or by contacting us at support@meribhaktiapp.com. Please note that transactional messages related to active orders or bookings cannot be opted out of while the service is in progress.

Message frequency: The frequency of messages depends on your activity on the Platform. Transactional messages are sent as needed per order/booking. Promotional messages are limited and sent periodically.

Standard rates: Standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Meri Bhakti does not charge any additional fees for sending messages.

7. Payments & Pricing

All prices on the Platform are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallet payments. All transactions are final unless covered by our refund policy.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

If a puja or chadhava cannot be performed due to a temple-related issue, we will either reschedule it or issue a full refund. For detailed refund terms, please refer to our Refund Policy.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information during registration or booking
• Attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform
• Reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from the Platform without permission

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Meri Bhakti or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

11. Third-Party Services

We work with verified pandits, temple authorities, astrologers, and delivery partners. While we exercise due diligence in selecting our partners, we are not liable for actions or omissions of these third-party service providers beyond our reasonable control.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, including astrological advice, puja outcomes, or spiritual benefits.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meri Bhakti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
